Traci Freeman has created the ultimate recipe for success.  She started with education, incorporated a passion for food, whisked in a variety of different experiences, beat in lots of hard work and slowly roasted it with vision, direction and insight, then thoughtfully served it up, beautifully plated, to share with others, which is what makes her today’s successful and thriving Lilah Belle's Founder & Executive Chef.                          

Her experience includes working at various restaurants and catering companies in Texas and California, experimenting in the test kitchens for Weight Watchers and Cooking Light Magazine, a two year national tour doing cooking demonstrations at major health conferences on behalf of Novo Nordisk (diabetes company), food stylist for the Food Network's "Follow that Food" and numerous public speaking opportunities and teaching cooking classes!

She was named one of the "Top 5 Personal Chefs" by San Francisco magazine and featured in Money Magazine for her entrepreneurial success.

She loves what she does and it shows in her food.  

A Texas native, she has planted her roots in the Bay Area and thrives on supporting local non-profit organizations such as Next Course, A Home Away from Homeless and the AVON Walk for Breast Cancer.  She is a graduate of The University of Texas and California Culinary Academy.  Traci has combined her love for nutrition and cooking to help many clients lose weight, get in shape and feel better about themselves!

Founder of Dining [In!], the Bay Area’s leading Organic Meal Delivery Service which is now part of Lilah Belle's, she’s been delivering nutritionally balanced meals to offices and homes for over eight years.  

Traci has a wonderful team of 14 employees which include 6 amazing chefs, 3 delivery drivers and a great office staff.

Who is Lilah Belle?

Lilah Isabelle is a vivacious, energetic, curious and beautiful girl.  She was born a Libra – the sign of BALANCE.

 Chef Traci is a working full-time mom who has been doing her own balancing act between home and work. Traci knows every meal her daughter eats is shaping her food habits and who she will be in the future. This means that each day it has to be interesting, balanced, nutritious, tasty and easy to pack.
