Who is Lilah Belle?

Lilah Isabelle Higgins was born on October 13, 2006. She is a vivacious, energetic, curious and beautiful girl. And she was born a Libra – the sign of BALANCE.

She is the daughter of Chef and Owner, Traci Higgins, a working full time mom who has been doing her own balancing act between home and work. Traci knows every meal her daughter eats is shaping her food habits and who she will be in the future. This means that each day it has to be interesting, balanced, nutritious, tasty and easy to pack. As owner of Dining [In!], the Bay Area’s leading Organic Meal Delivery Service, she’s been delivering nutritionally balanced meals to offices and homes of busy people for over 5 years.

The store is about creating a natural balance for those with busy schedules, who have long days at the office, are trying to fit in exercise, make time for family and relax with friends. “Ready made” food is easy to find, but it usually is unbalanced, not always healthy or made with the average quality ingredients.
